Question 1: what is printed circuit board (PCB)?
The conductive copper foil is printed on the plastic board, and the conductor is replaced by the copper foil. As long as various components are installed on the printed circuit board, the copper foil can connect them to form a circuit. As shown in the figure below:

Question 2: what is PCBA? :
The difference between the two
1. PCB does not have any components. 2. PCBA is the electronic components that manufacturers need to weld and assemble on PCB board through SMT or plug-in after they get the PCB as raw materials, such as IC, resistance, capacitance, crystal oscillator, transformer and other electronic components. After high temperature heating in reflow oven, mechanical connection between components and PCB board will be formed, thus forming PCBA. In this paper, printed simply said that the PCB empty board through SMT, and then through the dip plug-in process, referred to as PCBA.
