Printed circuit board (PCB)

A printed circuit board on an insulating substrate to form a printed device or printed circuit and a conductive pattern combining the two according to a predetermined design.

Printed circuit board (PCB), which is also known as printed circuit board (PCB) in Chinese, is an important electronic component, the support of electronic components and the carrier of electrical connection of electronic components. Because it is made by electronic printing, it is called "printed" circuit board.

effect

After using printed circuit board for electronic equipment, due to the consistency of the same kind of printed circuit board, the error of manual wiring can be avoided, and the automatic insertion or mounting of electronic components, automatic soldering and automatic detection can be realized, so as to ensure the quality of electronic equipment, improve the labor productivity, reduce the cost, and facilitate maintenance.

classification

According to the classification of circuit layers, PCB is divided into single panel, double-sided board and multi-layer board. The common multi-layer board is usually 4-layer or 6-layer board, and the complex multilayer board can reach dozens of layers.
